Jack is a managing associate in Linklaters’ International Governance and Development Practices, which advise the profit and not-for-profit sectors on issues of governance, including the systems and processes that ensure the overall direction, effectiveness, supervision and accountability of an organisation. He also helps to develop innovative funding models for private enterprises and INGOs that facilitate scalability and enhance partnerships for development and humanitarian action. He has extensive experience advising clients on a range of structured capital markets and Islamic finance products. Jack is a member of the Consortium that organises the Seminar.
