Doug Tween is a Partner in Linklaters’ New York office and the head of the firm’s U.S. Government Enforcement and Cartel practice. He brings extensive courtroom experience to the defense of companies and individuals in white-collar criminal and regulatory investigations, with a concentration on antitrust and cartel, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, securities, tax, fraud, and money laundering matters. He also assists corporations with governance, compliance, and risk assessment issues, advises on crisis management, and conducts internal investigations,

Doug is the Co-Chair of the American Bar Association Antitrust Section Compliance & Ethics Committee, and past Chair of the Cartel and Criminal Enforcement Committee. He is also a Non-Governmental Advisor to the International Competition Network. Prior to entering private practice, he served for 15 years as a Trial Attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice. He has been described in Law360 as “a lawyer you fear going up against in court.”
