Governance Lead, Department For International Development Post-2015 team

Daniel Davis is a Senior Governance Adviser at the United Kingdom’s Department For International Development (DFID), currently working within the post-2015 negotiation team. A career civil servant, Daniel has worked on international development issues for over twenty years, with half of this spent in DFID overseas offices (in Kenya, Bangladesh and Pakistan).  In addition to being a governance specialist, Daniel has also held a range of management positions within the department, including Team Leader of the Fragile States Team. He holds an honours degree in Politics and International Relations and a MA (Econ) in Development Administration and Management
